Thinking about selling my 1971 Plymouth Valiant/Scamp
Many of you on this site know this car from shows and meets that we have attended.
We purchased at the Mopar Nationals 4 yrs ago
It has been taken apart three times and changed as I get bored with it
In its current form it has a 408 backed by a 727 with a 2400 stall trans cooler with braided lines and a 8 ¾ with 323 posi in it
The paint is two years old it is black and silver from a 2011 challenger and the green stripe is from the 2012 viper
Motor has Edelbrock head, MSD ignition (under dash), TTI headers, Voodoo cam. Quick Time 830cfm w/electric choke. Black Braided lines from tank to fuel pump and to carb. It starts right up. It runs and sounds great.
Dash has Autometer gauges. Trans is controller by a B&M Shifter
Bench seat, new windshield, two sets of wheels, Coy Black chrome with cooper tires and Billet Specialty with drag radials and skinnies up front.
Has New:
Fuel Tank
Everything in the front end
Disc Brakes up front
11x2.5 rear drums ( stops great and I like the look)
Line Lok
New brake Lines
Battery in trunk
All wiring, lights including head lamps with modern bulbs.
Mini Starter, Alternator
The engine pictures do not have the wiper motor in it as it was sent out to be restored. it is installed realized the pictures did not have it.
Have driven it everyplace. To the Nats, Monster Mopar, other shows all over. Suds in greenwood.
Very nice car, turns heads everyplace and taken 14 trophies.
But it is built to make me happy so please keep your opinions about it.
Needs the little VALIANT emblems on the front fenders and the plastic window guide for the drivers window
Other than that there is nothing I know of that it needs
