I bought a Dart its been a dream for a while, only problem moving it are the drums

If it doesn't move, pull apart the drums soak with penetration oil... Personal opi ne : Fix ,the brakes first... Not trying to be rude, safety first........

lol Thanks, its more like everything is working but I have a bent drum beyond acceptable range and having problems finding a used/new hub to fit a new drum (I'm not sure if the hub is bent too or if I can even get it out)
