1972 Dart wheel lug problem

I ordered new rims, 5x 4 1/2, but found out after I received them that the lug pattern on my Dart was 5x4 . Do I have any options short of sending them back? Will '73 9 inch drums fit on a 72? New drums wouldn't hurt. I'm assuming the '73 bolt pattern will match my rims.

all A-body front drum brakes are 5X4", only single piston disk brakes are 5X4 1/2"

Sounds like a good time to swap to 5x4 1/2 (brake upgrade as well!).....or send em back
