I have a 72 Demon 340 for sale. It is an original H-code 340 car. Dash, fender tag, core support, and package tray all match. The engine and trans are non-matching numbers. They are out of a 69 Dart or Barracuda 340 car. The engine and trans numbers match each other. This is a good running car. Strong 340. I just rebuilt the transmission and it has new clutch, pressure plate, bearing, and z-bar assembly. 3.91 Sure Grip 8.75 rear. The car has Kelsey Hayes power disk brakes on the front. This is a northern car that has some rust issues that have been patched and still has some that need to be addressed or just drive it like it is. Up to you. To me, this is not your car if you are looking for one to restore back pristine unless you want to do a lot of metal work. The previous owner had a tree limb fall across the rear of the car, so it has had a quarter and tail panel put on. Not the best job but then again, its a driver. The black on the car is epoxy primer. Car has a salvage branded clear title from that incident. Very cool car, gets lots of looks. Runs and drives good. Fix it up as you drive it. Thanks for looking. $12500 Car is in Louisville, Ky. Have many more pics for anyone serious.

As you allude to, the car was imported to the States at some point since it was built for the Canadian market and spent some time there. Good luck with the sale.
