double trouble

I have a nice starter car for your project. It is a 318 with a 904 auto has power steering and factory air that DOES NOT WORK. It is all there but the car has sat for over ten years. The floors are good with a little rust in the trunk, and a little bubbling behind the rear wheels.
I have done the work to get it running and have replaced the fuel pump, vacuum advance, rebuilt carb, cleaned the radiator, new thermostat, polished the wheels that are from the '70's, did the front brakes with new bearings & seals.
Right now I have the gas tank out to clean and seal so the car will be dependable to drive.
Make no mistake, the car needs restoration, it's been painted twice and the interior is cloth with no tears but sun fading.
I am located in Kingman, AZ. The car is from California and I got it from the original owner. It's a good start for someone.
