1972 duster slant six to v8 pwr strg hose help!!

Hi all.Well it seems I am having trouble with my pwr strg hose.Went to napa got a hose for a 72 duster,no luck.Got one for a 69 cuda,it went on but had a big bend year later it split.Now what do I do.

I've had good luck getting new hydraulic lines made up at a rural NAPA store in a little farm community about 30 miles from here. Seems the farmers are always needing lines made up, so they offer the service right in the store. Quite reasonable prices last time I had it done and quality work, too (guess they don't want irate farmers bringing back do-overs).

I just took in the fittings I wanted duplicated and told them how long I wanted the lines. Made them up while I waited.

I would think they offered the same services back east in flyover country where you are.
