If I am not mistaken, it was advertised on this very board once or twice. I remember the car, because I really like it. It's pretty cool and it seemed like his price was reasonable, although out of my league.

I dont think the factory 340 air cleaner will fit on a M-1 style intake with a big holly & still allow the hood to shut, even with the scoop cut out. I have a goofy thin filter on my el chepo eddy air cleaner & I have about 1/2" of room. Maybe just put it on for the pic??

Very slick car no doubt, I would love to bang gears in it.
 
I saw it on Craigslist as well. Something like 9000-10000 rings a bell.
