Hey all, been a little since my last update here, been working on some small things on the Dart while I wait for the time and parts to start the infamous suspension rebuild.
Dug through the manuals some and finally figured out what the hose and line connections on my air cleaner assembly are for.
It looks like I don't have a heated inlet air system connected in my Slant six. I live in Hawaii so I'm not too worried about it being too cold, but I'm pretty sure it helps the engine warm up during cold starts, and as the engine idles super low during a cold start warmup and almost stalls I feel this would be a good addition to reinstall. It could be a different issue, and I'm sure it is, any suggestions on that subject are also welcome. It's a 225 with a reproduction () Carter BBS 1 Barrel.
Do I need something special to route the heated air hose, or should I just not worry about it.
