Use Paint or a similar program you probabally have and reduce the image. Depending what format they are you can also resave them as somthing else. This one is so good you can even see my crappy paint:angry5: (ie bitmap or a jpeg)

If you do resize your pictures to fit the board, save them to a separate file. This why if you want to print the originals...they will be intact. Most of the time people try to print the resized pics and they come out funky. IMO
