1973 plymouth scamp

Looking at changing the tranny out on a 1973 plymouth scamp I recently purchased-how do I identify what type of transmission is in this--I cannot see any nameplate on the ransmission body?

just look at the transmission oil pan shape .....a scamp most likely has a 904 but the pan says it all really
