1973 scamp question

i have a 73 scamp and was wondering if i can take a 1970 dart front fenders hood bumper and grill and make a new front end if it would bolt up right? would it be hard work to do?

The bumper might be the biggest problem, since they mount differently, I think. Otherwise should fit. The bumper could be worked in with some thought and effort.
Hard work? define hard work...LOL
