These don't look like the ones for a "shock absorber" type bumper mounting which is what I have. after seeing the measuring tape mine are definitely shorter. A set from a '69 dart I have are the right length but have a round, tubular style of construction. Are your bumper mounts the fixed position, non-shock type.

1974 used fixed up front... the arms are about 15" long.

here are some pics of the one off a 74 swinger i have here. they are only about 14 inches long and about 13 inches to the center of the holes. its strange they would be so different from car to car of the same year
