1974 dart package tray for valiant

I have a 74 4 door valiant that i want to get a new package tray for, but all the ones on the internet say its for a dart. will it fit on my car? and does anyone know how to install it. here is the link for the part:

They basically slide in and out with the rear seat back out. As for fitting, I would think yes, but can not say for sure.

The Valiant and Dart are the same. It can be confirmed from the listing in the 1974 Chrysler Parts Catalog.

The following image shows the listings for the rear shelf. The four door sedan (column five, 41) listing is part number H111KX9. V and L are listed the same. "V" denotes Valiant and "L" denotes Dart. The service replacement shelves were only available in black for all car lines except Imperial. It was intended that the installer would color them to match other colors if desired.

Not your case, but watch out for Dart Sport, they are different, think Duster.
