Bought this last fall. Was advertised as "all original". As usual, it looked far better in pics than it did when it got delivered from Florida. Few dents/dings/scratches that were not visible in original sale pictures. Driver door paint faded. No dash lights, cracked washer reservoir, power steering pump leaked, pulsing rear brakes, wiper switch wasn't working, but it had the 'original dual snorkel air cleaner'!! Had my local, trusted mechanic go through it and fix/replace anything that needed it over the winter. He took care of everything (except driver door paint) plus an idler arm, new plugs, master cylinder. I was able to obtain an original '74 air cleaner (from a member here) and had it blasted/powder-coated orange. Original color on car, but paint is thin, probably light re-spray. Original vinyl top, showing some minor shrinkage in spots, and the usual water damage in rear window corner. Planning on getting door re-painted to match as close as possible.
Numbers matching 318 and trans. Motor is GREAT, trans shifts beautifully. Great sounding dual exhaust. Just turned 45K miles. Factory AC, but does not blow cold. Original rally rims. Interior is VERY NICE. Door panels near perfect. No dash cracks or fading, rear tray same. No tears or rips in seats. I covered them to try to keep them that way. Carpet is thin in spots on driver side. Does not smoke, burn or leak any oil. No leaks at all (now). Does not overheat. Gauge shows running about 200-210 at 70 mph when driving in 85 deg. temps. All the metal is solid. Trunk, floor pans, door panels, etc. Glass and chrome are great. All lights work, even the ignition key light. Overall, a really nice, clean car...NOW. Friend gave me a 340 intake with original 4 bbl Carter carb off an early 70's Mopar and the radiator. Intended on using them, but they'll go with the car. I've been really trying to love this car, but just not getting there. Still trying to overcome the initial disappointment. Buyer can arrange shipping or drive it home.
