here is a 74 challenger 318 automatic 8 3/4 rear non posi Factory A/c car not running 95 % complete no title needs tlc frames are solid not a rot box car is in Union Hall Va asking $4,000 email for picture wont load on here thanks Brian
 
I don't know how it works around virginia but here if you have no title you don't have much, and can't get one unless you know who last regestered it
 
Well i know of two things to do on a title either apply for an abandon vehicle title by the DMV or a bonded title not sure how the bonded title works but imn sure there are other ways cant be impossible to get one right?

no problem, if I lived close you wouldn't need to post pictures I would buy it and I'm really surprised it wasn't gone the first night advertised, people register southern cars around here somehow with no papers but if its from here some reason you can't:wack:

I can tell you this, no title or regy, no sale to me... Figure out out how to do it the correct way it will sell looks sweet..Nice friking car

Better get a title before you invest too much, depending on where you live the original owner could come claim his car back that you just totaly restored. I had a bad personal experence, bought a car from a third party, owner said I coudl have title once he paid off his loan as he sold the car. I got it running fairly easily and started on body work, was looking pretty good then he wanted $500 for the title. I said no way, pulled the drivetrain and cut if up for scrap.
