I recently acquired my 1974 Plymouth duster, I used a few websites to decode it but a lot is so wishy washy. Figured I’d leave it to the pro’s on here to decode it!
It’s a very late build 1974 model year with a production build date of July 17 (717). They generally switched over to making the next model year in August.
Wow that’s odd!
Why is that odd?
1974 model year cars were in showrooms in September 1973
Post what you have from the decoders...
Just wanted to let you know, I owned one of these cars that was well taken care of & in very original condition with a 4 speed. (Wish I didn't sell it, pretty rare car) Anyway, it was an AWESOME car & faster than people think, because it was a "74", so good luck with it.I recently acquired my 1974 Plymouth duster, I used a few websites to decode it but a lot is so wishy washy. I think E58 is 360HP engine, not 340. Maybe just a typo? Some of what I found, hard to determine what that is before B41 3rd line down after KB5 on your fender tag.

3rd row KB5 is Roof color. Car is solid color B5
G52 is left outside non racing remote mirror
Car isn't a Chrager so the "C" in the seat code is not Charger. nothing but a coding level like f or H prior.
side and tail stripe between tail lights
I can't make out the last number by the rusted screw, but I do know that V88 is a stripe delete code.

The very high sequence number (513,000+) supports this. One of the last 74s.
Yup, it’s tough looking up info on these. Especially for a young guy not being there for the time period.Beats me.
