Are you sure that’s a ‘75 front bumper? The bracket that mounts between the inner bumper bracing and the front sub frame rail looks to be a ‘73 and partial ‘74 non shock absorber bracket.

It came off a 1973.. maybe the brackets are different for different years..

My 75 has those damn shock/impact absorbers pos things

This one had them too.. You can see (not in pics) the witness marks. I Imagine you can buff the marks out.
