I've got my '75 Scamp up for sale. If anyones looking for a great driver she would fill the spot just fine.
I've owned this car since 2008. She was bought new at Yates Motors in Chapel Hill, NC. (Dealer badge still on trunk). She's given me 30,000 trouble free miles. Her odometer is up to 87k now. I've driven her on 9+ hour trips without any issues.
Specs:
225 Slant 6
904 Auto
2.76 rear
Power Steering
Front manual big bolt discs (new pads, rotors, lines)
Factory A/C (I've repaired and recharged and it works great)
AM Radio works great (Added an AUX jack for Ipod/Mp3 player)
3 speed wipers w/ washer
Fender mounted signals w/ Fuel pacer (I've repaired the fuel pacer system and it works as it should..to save YOU gas!)
Light package (key light, map light)
About a year ago I went ahead and did some preventative maintenance and fix any issues that came up:
New radiator and hoses
New belts
New alternator
New muffler
Front end totally rebuilt and car aligned
Interior redone
New wiper seals added grease fittings to wiper transmissions
Repop trunk mat
New trunk seal with car
Needs front floor pan and rear lower quarter work. Body is solid otherwise, has new trunk pan.
Car is located in Concord, NC near the speedway. Asking $3500
