[WANTED] 1976 Dart Bench Seat small parts needed!

I bought a "Duster" bench seat this weekend in Dallas.
PO had it in a chebby pickup.
I bought it for the head rests which are missing from my 1976 Dart Sport bench seat.

This seat is ok, just not what I want.
So now I am looking for the small parts missing on my Dart seat.
I need the Drivers Side seat latch parts, look like this only this is the passenger side.
Its the part with the chrome part and attaches with a snap ring:

I could also use a locating/lock pin, but I could make one.
Looks like this:

HELP!!!!

Looking at mine, it looks to have welded on. I will take a closer picture of that detail.

It is welded from the back side of the frame.
I can see where mine broke part of the weld.
