This is an older build long block that has sat in the car for many years 1988 360 .030 over 8.5 to 9 -1 CR Forged pistons (New L2386.030), cast crank (drilled for pilot bearing ) New Crane H278-2 467 / 494 camshaft and lifters. New oil pump and double roller timing chain and gears. Right angle oil filter adapter. The bore you can still see the crosshatch. Includes timing cover, water pump, rocker arms , rocker shafts, pushrods, non hp exh manifolds and heads one is a 360 and the other one is a 318 4 Barrel head ( new springs retainers and locks) . Includes engine motor mounts. No fuel pump, distributor or intake manifold. 1500.00 OBO Cash and carry. Pickup or meet half way 250 miles or less. I am not interested in shipping at this time.

Rusty thanks when I looked them up they said cast it would have to have an F in the part number to be forged?

Where did you get that info? Have you got a link? I have never in my life seen the 4 digit numbers from the old TRW and Sealed Power catalog end up being cast. Some had the F behind them and some didn't. You can even look in the center dimples in those piston heads and see how they are dark grey? That's a dead give away for a forged piston. It will be dark grey like that and look like is has a grain in it.....because it does. I think they're forged. If you take the pan off and get a GOOD close up of the bottom of one of the pistons, we can tell for sure, but I am almost 100% certain that's what you have.
 
If anyone is interested make an offer. I also have a 4 speed conversion that could be made into a package deal.
