1997 Ram Cruise Control Cable End Broke...

Hey guys i was wondering if you guys know of where i can get an end, a cable, or even another way to fix it!

the TB has the "nail head" and the cable end had a moon shaped indent that clipped onto the "nail head".

any ideas? thanks
