1999 Dodge van question? ABS light on.

I replaced the line from the front all the way back on this 1500 series 1/2 ton van, and the pass side rear wheel cylinder. The ABS light was on, and the speedo didn't work. I replaced the ABS sensor that goes into the differential. Now the speedo works, but the ABS light stays on. How do I reset this?

remove both the battery cables and hold them together for 30 seconds. this will drain the capacitors in the computers. if there is nothing else wrong it should go out. other than that you will need to find a scan tool that is abs capable or go to the dealer and have them reset it.

I think you disconnect the battery for a few minutes, then reconnect and you should be good to go.
