Hey All:

Have two 340 engines. Bought *both* of these as backups for my Magnum, but it seems to be doing just fine. I've got different valve covers if a buyer is interested, the ones pictured are for keeping the dust out!

First is a "stock plus" type rebuild. Nice unported J heads, .030 over-forged pistons, car pan, windage tray, small cam, 10:1 Pump gas, 06-71 block, very clean inside, Weiand intake.

$1500 obo

This one is .060 over, 273 rockers with Crane adjusters, solid cam, comp springs, ported '308' heads, Torker II 340 modified car pan, other stuff I'm forgetting, went 12.00/7.50 in stock weight Demon last year. Out of '68 Dart, Higher compression, debatable whether race gas is required though...

Drop them in and GO, stands not included.

Pickup preferred. Will ship if you want to handle the details. Will put them on pallets and drive up to 50 miles to drop them at a terminal.

Well, the stock plus has a pic in the gallery. The owner had a Barracuda, but I don't know if that's where it originally came from:

Looks like dude doing the stamping at Chrysler may have had a couple drinks before work that morning as only the top half of the number is on the pad.

The hotted-up motor has a better impression, but the guy who sold it to me has the original car it came out of. His dad was the original owner of the Dart.
