2 bolt mains?

How much horsepower is safe for 2 bolt mains in a 440, for street and strip? I also heard of people drilling and tapping the 1/2'' holes to 9/16'' for more strength.:snakeman:

440 start to have cap walk problems around 550hp-600hp I believe.
