Installing 284/484 comp cam in 340. Cam Card says 104 Intake centerline, after degreeing, I'm showing 107.5. I have a 2 degree offset, should I use the 2 degree offset or order a 4 degree offset. Final question when I install the offset, will the offset be on the left side of the crank keyway or the right side of the crank keyway?

If you are using the crank gear with the different notches, you need to look at the instructions for your set.

If you are using the MP offset keyways, they go on the cam, not the crank....

they make offset keyways for crankshafts also

I got it from Hughes, I thought it was a crank off set but, I went back to site and it was the cam one. I'm getting a bit confused, since I only have internet at work, my new timing gears are coming from Comp cams Monday, I still have the question about what side the offset is suppose to be on and will 2 degrees be close enough.

you are in effect moving the cam ahead in the sprocket....

Use the 2 degree key because 2 degrees at the cam is 4 at the crank. In your case it'll put you at 103.5 centerline which is close enough
