2 dr sedan 1/4 window regulator mod?

Has anyone be able to mod the window regulator for the rear 1/4 glass on the 67-69 Plymouth valiants and dart sedans? I got mine out today and see several different holes for what I assume is bump stop locations of other models and with the glass in the down position it has room left to go down from the looks of it.
