2 speed wiper motor restoration

Hey all,

Any tips for restoring my crusty 2 speed wiper motor? I guess i can't take it apart since it has rivets but i like to try and do it myself. Does anybody know a vendor for new ceramic parts on those things? i can handle the painting...

There is a gentleman in Canada that will restore it to LIKE NEW.. I do recall his name is JULES... if you want to spend the cheese 200+ let me know and i will give you contact .
