So I've chased this issue for some time with no luck.
If the car is not running the wipers run fun and will park once the car is running and charging around 14.2 volts verified with a multimeter the wipers will hesitate to park but continue to run I have to work the switch back and forth from off the off position to the inbetween to the low speed to make them stop.
It has done this with 2 different motors and 2 different switches. I assume a wireing issue somewhere but any good starting places?
New alternator, new voltage regulator and an 8Ga wire from the alt to the main power at the starter relay have all been done electrically the car has no other issues.
