Heres the deal after taking the cover off the wiper armature and cleaning the dust dirt etc out they park fine now as I had issues before.
Now the strange thing engine off the park correctly at the bottom of the windshield, 1000-1500rpm about an inch higher and 2000rpm about another half inch higher.
New alternator and voltage regulator, nos wiper switch and no other electrical gremlins.
