2013 Party pictures of the Hoodlum's car club here in south eastern Wisconsin. We had it at Rocky's place about 1 mile from where I live.

We (the Hoodlums car club) put this on each Memorial weekend inviting our car friends. This year we hauled my Trebuchet over to the party to shoot some melons. The burnout pit was well used with only a couple rear axles breaking. I am the token farmer in the club so I also brought the tractor and wagon to give hay rides.

This year I decided to get my stock 28 Ford two door sedan running and take it for a change. It ran great until I got out on the road and about 500 feet from my driveway when it quit and would not start. After a little messing around I said the hell with it, got the tractor and wagon, took a tow strap and hooked the 28 to the back of the wagon and pulled it to the party. No burnout action for it this year - LOL!

Some pictures for your viewing pleasure...

Is that a trebuchet? (sp)

What got flung?

Catapult :blob::blob::cheers: wow and live music  looks like a jim dandy of day, is that you car in the picture #2 or #4, Wow I sure could have fun in that Scout :D your club has some great looking cars Ma Snart :thumleft:

Hey guys!

Yes the black ford is mine in picture 2

Shot musmellons with the trebuchet. The machine will launch a melon about 300 feet away after making a pretty high trip into the sky. They make a nice splash when they hit and we don't have to clean them up (biodegradable).

Great cars and it looks like a "great time was had by all." ;-) Love the name of your club too. What is the 30-ish black sedan with fender skirts?

BTW, sorry the A didn't run for you, but that photo of it behind the hay wagon is classic, the only thing that would have made it better is if there had been a team of horses pulling the hay wagon. :)

Thanks for sharing.

Hey SpikeWills69!

Glad you enjoyed the photos. The black car you are refering to is a 1934 CHEVROLET MASTER DELUXE 2 DOOR HARDTOP owned by one of our members. It is original and a really rare car.

The red GMC in the burnout pit is owned by my good friend, Dale. He made the mistake of letting someone borrow his truck and it ended up on the pit. His tires with 20 thousand mile use on them were bald and had the belts hanging out of them on the way home - LOL!

The black chevy pick up on the pit has a 454 with a supoercharger. He did not need any water to light up his tires.

And a little chain saw action. Always what you want someone starting up and chasing people with at the end of the party - LOL!
