I know, I know another tire size question. 
Are 255 60 15's available from anyone in a DOT drag radial?? I'm just thinking about picking up an extra set of wheels to mount some DOT's on just for visits to the track.
I have BFG's T/A radials that same size mounted on 15x7 sbp rallyes now that I run on the street, the 255's are about the max for a 7" imo. I am not going to be rolling the edges of quarter panels or moving the springs in to fit a pair of tires.. It's not a track car.
I have a feeling 275 60 15's on 15x8 might just create a clearance issue even with the correct back spacing.
