Bellhousing is not an early one BTW. It’s for a 1970’s overdrive 4 speed. Actually looks like a slant six bellhousing to me in the picture. Maybe post the part number. Is the tail shaft aluminum or cast?

I was just informed that the bellhousing is a /6 part. Sorry for the misrepresentation.

The tailshaft extension was removed from my 904 out of a '65 Dart GT built in Dec. '64. It's cast. Were any aluminum in '65?
