273 distributer

1968 dodge dart 273, I want 2 change it over from points, I have a distributer out of a 1999 5.9 magnum and I am wondering if this would work in the 273

I had a 94' 360 truck and i believe the dizzy just directs the spark to the plugs and the computer controls the timing. May be wrong, but i say no. Might want to look at the pertronix setup.

No,you need a pre magnum unit. Take a look at the junk yard for 87 & under carb'd trucks,vans or diplomats

Ok, bummer, I have had this one setting on top of my tool box for like 6 years since I changed my motor in my truck, was being cheap and hoping I could use the "free" part
