I got the shroud prototype today.

Really good fit. This week end I will check it for fan to shroud fit.

Unfortunately it was delivered broken on one of the build lines. I'm in contact with the maker. The packaging wascsub par.

Interestingly really good fit on the rad in the photo the one I I did all ge measurements on.

Not as good a fit along the top tank to the one on the car.

But the opening to the fan is about dead nuts on!

After the supplier decides what they are doing for the broken print I might be able to do the trimming on this print and transfer those to get next rev.

Good deal, once you get it figured out those schrouds are golden! 65'

But EXPENSIVE. This proto was $200.00

If I can keep this one and they refund me or they reprint it, I will try fiber glassing the outside and try it on my car and see how long it holds up.

There are other 3D printing materials but again the cost goes up!

The company sent me another. They have not said if they want the broken one back or not.

I'll give it a bit of time then use it for further fit testing
