3 on the tree trani questions...

ok im new to all of this so give me some slack lol...I have a 72 Swinger with a slant six and 3 on the tree trani, im wanting to put in a 360 but keep the 3 on the tree...is it possible?? I've been told that the 360 will bolt right up to my trani...but isnt where the starte bolts up to the trani in the way??? all advice on ANYTHING is welcome lol thanks alot

a slant six bellhousing will not bolt up to a sb or bb. You could use the trans. but your going to need a sb(for a 360) bellhouse. Im not sure about clearance issues you may have :silent:

I have a (360 powered) 74 Dart which was originally /6. It still has the column shift but i have a 727 trans plus a V8 K member. No clearence problems with this combo.
