3 point seat belts?

I have a 1968 Valiant Signet that I'm pretty sure came with shoulder belts (PO removed the seat belts along with the bucket seats), but I'm not certain. Am I correct in thinking this is the mounting point for a shoulder belt?

If so, will these bolt in and fit OK? [link]

Well, I went ahead and ordered the belts, and, of course, the included bolts are the wrong size. Anyone know the correct size for the anchor bolts?

I thought they were 7/16 inch. Take one of the floor mount bolts out and try it. If it works you can use it to match up at the hardware store.

Hmm, 7/16" is the size that came with them. I don't have any of the original hardware, which is why I asked.

The included bolts seemed like kind of a tight fit, and I didn't want to strip anything by forcing them. Guess I'll go grab a pack of shorter 7/16" bolts (the included ones are too long for the shoulder mount anyway) and see if I can make it work.
