No way that cams to big for a 4 inch stroke and 10 to 1 compression. Run it with a good converter.

exactly. I ran 260@50 in a stock stroke 10 to 1 360 for years. Made great street strip power.
242@50 on a 4 inch stroke is small

Do not know about the UK, but here in Oz, the octane ratings are about 3-4 points higher than equivalent US fuel. 91 here is about the same as 87 US.

Roller cam, ported and polished Edelbrock heads....yada yada yada...more than enough for me!
