So I have a 1972 Plymouth Scamp with a 1968 charger 318, it has a mopar racing cam in it and large exhaust heads. It currently has a 2 barrel carburator, but I want to switch it out for a 6 pack. Summit racing makes 6 pack intakes for mopar 318/340/360, I was curious if my engine would be able handle it or would I have to put a set of larger 340 heads on it? And is there a carburator company that makes a set of carbs for a small block 6 pack, or would I have to stick three holley 2 barrels on there? Just curious to see if anybody else has made this or attempted to. Any advice would greatly be appreciated, Im not planning on changing out the engine.

You can buy the same holley carbs that were on the 340 new from summit, jegs. Etc.. They run about $1,300 plus about $300 for the linkage, fuel lines, throttle accessories etc. then you need some sort of air filter. The manifold would work better with 340/360 heads.
