318 to 360 swap

What is the main difference between the motor mount on the 360 swap? this is in a 72 d100 with a 904 I thought I had got the right motor mount but it wont seem to bolt up something no matter what I do is offset or in a bind. Any help would be appreciated!

You can use a 318 bracket on a 360 by just installing a longer bolt and 3/8" spacer in the one hole. You doing the swap in a truck? it wouldn't be all that difficult to find a 360 bracket for truck but the spacer works just as well.

A D100 would have a 727 stock not a 904. Dodge only put 727 in all trucks even /6 ones in the 70's.

well I dont mean to call you a liar or tell you that you are wrong but it does have a 904although I dont want to start any arguements or anything about it. Thanks for the info on the motor mount.
