340 6pk ID numbers

I need some help with the numbers on a 340 6 pk. Below the head on the driver's side have the numbers and letters FW340SP31670343 and and the pad on the block above the oil pan on the passengerside is OB296568. Please tell me what all these letters and numbers mean. This just maybe a engine that someone wants for a correct restoration.

OB296568 - partial VIN of the car it came out of.

F - 1970 model year
W - Windsor engine plant
340 - 340
S -
P - Premium Fuel
3167 - March 30, 1970
0343 - 343rd engine built that day
