looking for a good used factory 340 cam/lifters package. Im looking for a used broken in cam with the matching lifters that way I can clean them up and throw them in my 318

Call Oregon Cam grinders. They have the 4 speed cam on file and can grind one on your 318 core. It ended up being a degree or three off, but big whoop. There's no way I'd trust 16 used lifters to still be in the right order anyway. So if you find a good used cam, my advice is put new lifters on top of it and break it in like a new cam.
