340 carb question

I have a 71 340 that is bored .030 over and has TRW forged pistons. With the J-Heads and about 9:3:1 comp. It has a Mopar purple cam(not sure of specs, not the biggest, but not the smallest) Hi-po Mopar elec ign. and Headers, with 3.23 rear end gears. Not a drag car, but hopefully a real nice cruiser. What carb would be the best. I am thinking a Holley Street Avenger 670cfm, a Eddie Thunder 650cfm or a demon jr 725cfm, all vac. sec. I have a 904 with a shift kit, nothing crazy. Thanks

Well, the carb maker is up to you. The 725 Road Demon is a hair large. But, in general, 650 to 700 cfm is all you'll need. The Demon flows more/better than the others.
