340 Forged Crank

340 forged crank for sale. $100 plus shipping. I have 2 of them to sell.
I'm not sure if it's standard or turned, but I will have it measured. Good shape but will need to be at least polished. Located in central kansas Please pm me here.

I had the cranks checked and they are both 0.010 under and will need to be turned to clean them up. My machinist says they will clean up at 0.020. Just slightly rough to his liking.

I read somewhere that a 340 crank would fit a 318, am I right? would a 340 crank make a 318 a stroker or somthing?

Yes it will fit but it would still be a 318. 318's and 340's share the same stroke.

It would however allow you to spin your 318 higher. And allow just over 500+ hp in a small block. A stock cast crank would be hard pressed and you might have issues with it.
