This water pump came with a 340 motor I purchased, it is in good shape but is incorrect for my 68 block. Previous owner of the engine said he kept it because it was new on the motor and wasn't a "reconditioned" but it was bought as "new". Well, I'm not sure about that because I can clearly see "Japan" stamped on the pump so... Anyway, if there is any problem with the water pump I will pay return shipping, but I think it's good to go, just has the outlet on the wrong side for my early model cover. $25 plus the ride from 98277, thanks for looking.
