360 motor mounts

As some of you know I now have a 360 to put in my 69 Dart:cheers:will my 318 mounts work or is there mods I will have to do to make this work.Or what should i start looking for.Thanke

As long as they are the same style of mount you should have no problems. What year is the 318? and what year is the 360?

One side is the same and will work the other is not the same though on the 318 and will nt work. Sorry, don't remember what side is different. You may be able to put a shim in it though and make it work.

Just looked it up and it is the driver mount that is a little different on the 318 than the 340/360.

All you will need is about 3 or 4 washers to take up the extra room on one of the bolts. Other than that the 318 mounts will work just fine and a 360 will drop right in.

I put a 340 in a original 318 car; 1/4" spacer on driver's let the headers clear the steering box. and you can slide it sideways.
