360 price

what is a 360 with a 1971 casting date and j heads worth. its not complete the short block is but has a spun main bearing. doesnt look like much damage to crank. the heads are complete and assembled may sell if worth something

Well, I believe it was 70-72 that was the thick cyl wall 360 which should make the block worth more for someone going w/ big cubic inch stroker, especially for racing. I have a 72 360 block and it is not for sale for this reason.

Im Not Sure If I Will Sell Just Wondering What The Short Block. And Heads Are Worth. Or What People Are Gettung For These Items.

I just sold a set of bare J heads for $100 and I have bought 2 complete 360s one was a 71 and the other was a 72 for 200 each and they were complete from carb to pan.

i just picked up a running bone stock 1972 360, j heads with 727 tranny for $500. i figured it was a decent price for the thick wall 360 and j heads. J heads are nice heads and usually go for a bit, but x heads usually go for a little more
