I needed an OEM 383 rod a while back and the local machine shop had a supplier that we ordered from. They provided a factory rod that easily balanced with the other 7 rods.
I'll try to find who it was, and post the info here.
FYI I put Diamond forged pistons on OEM rods, pressed pins, with no issues.

My machine shop said EPWI does not sell over the counter, you have to buy thru a supplier. The used 383 con rod I bought from them was in nice condition. Then added ARP bolts to it and resized, balanced with no issues.
