Looking for a good rebuildable or rebuilt 383 HP long or short block engine for my 68 Notchback, Prefer one that is in Texas, as I don't want to pay mega$$$ in shipping.

ever think about stoked 400 ??? insane torque !! blocks are crazy HD and the deck height is the same/so exhaust-intakes are the same and unless they crawl under your car they will be scratching their heads !


I mean if you are already looking for a short block and not a purist it is an option

Standard bore that will need to go at least .20 over. Its been disassembled but everything is there. Came from a 72 Cuda.
