On a 383 NO AC, NO PS with factory single groove pulleys is the clearance between the wp and crank pulley almost nothing?

I have what I believe to be factory factory pulleys, they line up perfectly, they measure the same as the 440 source Alternator only crank and water pump diameters.

But they are almost touching. Not even 0.100" between.

Looks worse in this photo then they are.

The pulley alignment and spacing on the pictured 383 is a normal fit.

You have a small block aluminum water pump style pulley installed.

Might be, but it measures as 440 source specs, not that they are the end all be all for info.

Here are some photos of the wp pulley

There is a few factory smaller diameter pulley’s that u can use if u want to speed the pump up a little or a lot
Do you happen to have any part numbers or sources. I have been fine with .95 ratios on my small block but wouldn't mind a bit more pump / fan speed.
