4.3L V6 Heads and Racing seats

I have a nice pair of GM 4.3L Vortec V6 heads complete with valves and springs installed. I was going to throw them on my S-10 but never got the time. I'm only asking for what I paid to get them machined and thats $140. I had them resurfaced and port psi tested to check the valves. I have a stock cam, lifters, rockers (missing 1), and vavle cover grommets/valve cover seals.

I also have a set of AL Kirkey Racing seats. Older models but never been used. Chromoly seat mounts included. No seat covers. -$120
